- Customers outside of the US should give 30 days from the date of shipment for their product to arrive.

- If there is anything wrong with the product, email me @ Zenchantmusic@gmail.com with as many details and photos as you can. I will work with you to get it right. I do not offer returns on products that are not broken or defective. If you really need a refund, email me and explain why and I may honor it.
